Kim brings more than 35 years of experience in government procurement, operational management and relationship management in higher education, private industry and real estate. She possesses a broad range of skills from creation of a bi-annual thirty-two-page newsletter, negotiated contracts with printers and other vendors, coordinated events for more than 500 attendees bi-annually, administered human resources for 100+ individuals, and managed annual budgets exceeding $2M.
During her time as a real estate broker, she oversaw site operations, accounting, payroll, and marketing for a construction company.
